At Roof Drainage Services Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering a gutter cleaning and maintenance service which is second to none. Every project is surveyed in detail and a Risk Assessment & Method Statement is issued for approval, prior to commencement of gutter cleaning.
All on site works are carried out by our highly trained and certified workforce, using truck mounted cherry pickers up to 20mtrs in height. Our operatives will carry out the work in a safe controlled manner and substantiate all gutter cleaning by taking before and after photographs. These photographs are then issued to the client upon completion of the works, along with a gutter cleaning certificate and report on any findings.

Our scope of services are as follows.
Gutter Cleaning – Planned preventative maintenance contracts, one off visits, flat roof and hopper head cleaning.
Gutter Maintenance – Re-lining and joint sealing to leaking gutters, blockage removals.
Mansafe Testing – While undertaking gutter cleaning we also have the capability to complete testing and re-certification of mansafe systems in accordance with BSEN795 & BS 7883. Testing the mansafe system while undertaking gutter cleaning/maintenance will be significantly cheaper than using separate contractors to complete the work.
Repairs and Remedial Work – Gutter cleaning can highlight numerous problems with damaged or defective parts. If this is the case, Roof Drainage Services Ltd can offer to replace sections of, or completely renew buildings drainage systems.
Surveys and Consultancy – Surveying of problematic roof drainage, reporting and fault finding.

About Gutter Cleaning
In order to complete gutter cleaning on most commercial properties, our workforce generally have to enter the roof area via Mobile Elevated Platforms (Truck Mounted or Stand Alone Cherry picker) and we have the capabilities to work using these machines, at heights of up to 30mtrs.
Risk Assessments and Method Statements in accordance with our CHAS & SafeContractor accreditation are provided to clients for approval, prior to starting work on site. All Roof Drainage Services Ltd operatives are fully trained and certified for working at heights in accordance with HSE requirements and hold IPAF certification for the use of MEWPS.
The Health & Safety of our operatives, our clients and the general public is of paramount importance while completing our gutter cleaning and maintenance tasks, so In order to minimise the risk of accidents, Roof Drainage Services Ltd have invested in the use of a HSE approved gutter vacuum system, which allows our operatives to clean gutters up to 15 mtrs in height, without leaving the ground.
